ASSA motor lock 841C-50 is adapted for doors with Assa's modular recess. It is well suited as night and security locking in doors with high security requirements in commerce, offices and industry. Certified with Emergency escape fittings 179I according to the European standard SS-EN 179:2008. Day-locked or high-frequency doors should be supplemented with a day lock, e.g. electric push lock or electric end plate. The 841C is a Hi-O unit that connects to a DAC630 or DAC530. Hi-O means that the devices have a built-in microcomputer and communicate with each other for plug-and-play installation, synchronization of door operation, monitoring of behaviors and to send diagnostic information.
Accessories included in the kit package:
- Mandrel depth 50 mm.
- Opening speed under 1/3 second.
- Certified with Emergency escape fittings 179I according to the European standard SS-EN 179:2008.
- The lock can always be opened with a key/knob.
- Built-in door position sensor (magnet in end plate).
- Can be combined with other Hi-O units without controller, e.g. day lock, door automation and card reader
- Engine lock Temp – 20 °C – + 70 °C
- Suitable control unit withstands temperature +5 °C – +40 °C, 20 – 90 % relative humidity, non-condensing
- With connection cable EA226 10 meters
Control unit DAC630 Hi-O + Relay board 400RC64:
- Functions as an interface to the outside world, to the system surface Hi-O bus, e.g. access or alarm systems
- Communicates with the engine lock via Hi-O bus
- Provides indications to parent system to operate engine lock
- Activates alarm output in case of malfunction
- Connects to voltage supply
- Enables completion with external door position sensor (magnetic contact)
- Also controls supplementary (non-Hi-O) day locks, so that a complete day/night combination is formed
