Company information<\/h2>\n<p>Secureus.se is operated by <strong>Secureus Sweden AB<\/strong><br \/>\nOrganization number: 559200-1450<\/p>\n<p>Secureus sells security products such as alarms, camera surveillance, access control systems and accessories via e-commerce to both individuals and companies.<\/p>\n<p>By making a purchase, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h1>2. The agreement is considered concluded when the order confirmation is sent.<\/p>\n<p>Secureus reserves the right to correct orders in the following cases, for example:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>technical error<\/li>\n<li>obvious price errors<\/li>\n<li>incorrect stock status<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h1>3. Prices<\/h1>\n<p>All prices are displayed in Swedish kronor (SEK) or selected currency.<\/p>\n<p>For private individuals, prices are shown including VAT.<br \/>\nFor business customers, prices are normally displayed including VAT in the webshop, but VAT is always specified at checkout and on the invoice.<\/p>\n<p>Secureus reserves the right to adjust prices in the event of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>supplier price changes<\/li>\n<li>currency changes<\/li>\n<li>technical error<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h1>4. Payment<\/h1>\n<p>Secureus offers several payment options, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Klarna<\/li>\n<li>Swish<\/li>\n<li>Card payment<\/li>\n<li>other payment solutions displayed at checkout<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Payment is handled by external payment providers and is made according to their terms and conditions.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h1>5. Delivery<\/h1>\n<p>Normal delivery time for in-stock products is <strong>1-3 working days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Products that are not in stock may have a longer delivery time. In such cases, the delivery time is stated on the product page or communicated after ordering.<\/p>\n<p>Secureus ships orders as soon as possible but cannot guarantee delivery times in the following cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>supplier delays<\/li>\n<li>transportation problems<\/li>\n<li>high load on conveyor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h1>6. Transport damage<\/h1>\n<p>If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, this should be reported directly to the carrier.<\/p>\n<p>If transport damage is discovered after delivery, Secureus should be contacted as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h1>7. Right of withdrawal (private individual)<\/h1>\n<p>According to the Distance Contracts Act, private individuals have the right to cancel their purchase within <strong>14 days<\/strong> from the receipt of the goods.<\/p>\n<p>To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact Secureus and register a return.<\/p>\n<p>The product should be returned in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>essentially unchanged condition<\/li>\n<li>original packaging when possible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A return fee may apply according to the applicable return policy.<\/p>\n<p>The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>specially ordered<\/li>\n<li>customized for the customer<\/li>\n<li>broken from sealed packaging where hygiene or safety is affected<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h1>8. Returns<\/h1>\n<p>Secureus provides return instructions when a return is registered. To register a return, click <a href=\"https:\/\/secureus.se\/en\/retur-reklamation\/\">here.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Returns should be sent according to the instructions provided by Secureus.<\/p>\n<p>If the return is approved, the purchase will be refunded according to the selected payment method.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h1>9. Complaints<\/h1>\n<p>If a product is defective, the customer should contact Secureus as soon as the defect is discovered.<\/p>\n<p>Private individuals are covered by the Consumer Sales Act and have the right to complain about defects in goods for up to <strong>3 years<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Secureus can primarily offer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>repair<\/li>\n<li>replacement product<\/li>\n<li>refund<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h1>10. Warranty<\/h1>\n<p>Some products are covered by a manufacturer&#039;s warranty. Warranty terms vary between products and manufacturers.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h1>11. Terms and conditions for business customers (B2B)<\/h1>\n<p>When a customer acts as a company or legal entity, the following applies:<\/p>\n<h3>Binding order<\/h3>\n<p>The order is binding when the order confirmation has been sent.<\/p>\n<h3>Complaints<\/h3>\n<p>Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered.<\/p>\n<h3>Returns<\/h3>\n<p>The right of withdrawal does not normally apply to corporate customers unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n<h3>Limitation of liability<\/h3>\n<p>Secureus is not liable for indirect damages such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>loss of profit<\/li>\n<li>production loss<\/li>\n<li>downtime<\/li>\n<li>other financial consequential damage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h1>12. Installation and use<\/h1>\n<p>Secureus sells products but provides <strong>not on-site installation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The customer is responsible for the installation and correct use of the products.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h1>13. Security products<\/h1>\n<p>Products sold by Secureus are tools to increase security but cannot guarantee that burglaries, damage or other incidents will be prevented.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h1>14. Force majeure<\/h1>\n<p>Secureus is not responsible for delays or problems due to circumstances beyond the company&#039;s control, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>natural disasters<\/li>\n<li>authority decision<\/li>\n<li>war<\/li>\n<li>strike<\/li>\n<li>transport disruptions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h1>15. Dispute and choice of law<\/h1>\n<p>Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through dialogue between the customer and Secureus.<\/p>\n<p>Disputes shall be settled according to Swedish law.<\/p>\n<p>Private individuals can also contact the Swedish Complaints Board (ARN).<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h1>16.
