The tracking number is already included in the Secureus email when the order is marked as completed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ol class=\"sdl-steps\">\n<li>01\n<div>\n<p><strong>The order is registered<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After the purchase is completed, an order confirmation will be sent via email. Please check that the address and contact information are correct.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>02\n<div>\n<p><strong>We pick and pack<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In-stock items are usually processed the same day or the next day. Order-made items and custom-made products may have a longer processing time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>03\n<div>\n<p><strong>Track and receipt from Secureus<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When the order is marked as completed, you will immediately receive an email from us with a tracking number or tracking link. The same email also includes your receipt, VAT receipt, or invoice document.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>04\n<div>\n<p><strong>The carrier takes over<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Once the shipment has been scanned at the terminal, you will usually receive additional information from the carrier via SMS or email. After that, the carrier updates the status and available delivery options.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"sdl-options\" aria-labelledby=\"sdl-options-title\">\n<div class=\"sdl-heading\">\n<p class=\"sdl-section-label\">Our delivery methods<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"sdl-options-title\">The carrier and service are adapted to the order<\/h2>\n<p>Not all services are shown for all addresses or products. The final option is displayed in the checkout and in your delivery notification.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"sdl-option-grid\">\n<article><span class=\"sdl-option-type\">Smaller shipments<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>PostNord traceable parcel letter<\/h3>\n<p>Used primarily for smaller orders. The shipment is normally delivered in a postal box, a property box, or at the door according to PostNord's terms and conditions. If delivery is not possible, it can be redirected to a courier.<\/p>\n<p><small>Port without tracking is used only in rare cases and normally not for ordinary web browsers.<\/small><\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article><span class=\"sdl-option-type\">Private individuals<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>DHL or DSV\/Schenker to the agent<\/h3>\n<p>Packages can be sent to a drop-off point near you. DSV has taken over Schenker, but the name Schenker can still appear in the checkout, the notification, or the tracking.<\/p>\n<p><small>Please bring valid identification and follow the instructions in the notification.<\/small><\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article><span class=\"sdl-option-type\">Business<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Business packages for your business<\/h3>\n<p>Business deliveries can be sent by DHL or DSV\/Schenker directly to the company's delivery address. Ensure that someone can receive the package during normal working hours.<\/p>\n<p><small>Enter the company name, correct street address, contact person and phone number.<\/small><\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article><span class=\"sdl-option-type\">Delivery outside of Sweden<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>DHL, UPS or FedEx<\/h3>\n<p>International deliveries are sent trackable via DHL, UPS or, in individual cases, FedEx. DHL is often used for countries such as Denmark, Finland, Germany and Austria, while UPS is used for many other international shipments. The choice always depends on the destination, size and delivery method.<\/p>\n<p><small>You will receive tracking information from both Secureus and the carrier. Local fees, import VAT or customs duties may apply outside the EU.<\/small><\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article><span class=\"sdl-option-type\">Smaller shipments within Europe<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>PostNord \u2013 less traceable international shipment<\/h3>\n<p>Smaller items, such as stickers and other lightweight items, can be shipped with Track &amp; Trace using PostNord\u2019s export service. The service can be displayed as, for example, Varubrev Export or Home Small Prio Export in the shipping and tracking information.<\/p>\n<p><small>The shipment can weigh up to 3 kg depending on the service and the receiving country. Once it has reached the receiving country, the local postal operator usually takes over the final part of the delivery. Therefore, the exact delivery method and delivery time vary between countries.<\/small><\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article><span class=\"sdl-option-type\">Europe and the rest of the world<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>We deliver internationally<\/h3>\n<p>Deliveries within the EU usually work directly, but not all countries or shipping options are always available in the checkout. This normally applies when each individual item has a value below 3,000 NOK excluding VAT. For such purchases, the total price including Norwegian VAT is displayed in the checkout and the shipment can be handled through the simplified VOEC process.<\/p>\n<p class=\"sdl-norway-note\">We ship to Norway every day. Contact us directly if you are unsure about VAT, shipping method or delivery time. The first tracking event may take some time until the carrier has picked up the shipment and scanned it on the terminal. An order is usually dispatched when all the items are ready.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article><strong>Weekends and high workload<\/strong>Orders placed on weekends are processed as early as the next weekday. Red days and high order volumes may affect the processing time.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article><strong>The Ombudsman can be changed<\/strong>If the selected representative is available, the carrier can redirect the package to another drop-off location.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n<article><strong>Pick up the package in time<\/strong>The delivery time is stated in the notification and may vary.
