Electric strike STEP 18 Secure is an advanced electric strike developed to meet high demands for security, durability and function in door environments that are used frequently.<\/p>\n
The product is specially adapted for left-hung doors with a 9 mm bolt in the Connect series and is often used in security-classified environments such as banks, institutions and public buildings.<\/p>\n
With its right-facing function, the plate is locked in a de-energized state, which provides extra protection in the event of a power outage, for example.<\/p>\n
The built-in plunger switch and latch switch enable precise status monitoring of the door's closed\/open and locked\/unlocked positions \u2013 perfect for integration with alarm and access control systems.<\/p>\n
STEP 18 is fire-certified according to E\/EI60 and tested to withstand a strip pressure of 500 kg and a breaking strength of 15 kN, which guarantees a secure lock even under pressure conditions.<\/p>\n
The sheet metal is tamper-proof and equipped with a built-in protection diode. A 5 meter halogen-free connection cable is included in delivery.<\/p>\n
