The STEP 48 Preload electric strike is a versatile electric strike that combines operational reliability and flexibility in a compact design.<\/p>\n
With its reversible feature, the product can be configured as either forward facing (locked without power) or reverse facing (unlocked without power), making it ideal for a variety of door environments \u2013 from offices to public spaces with adaptability requirements.<\/p>\n
The sheet metal is equipped with STEP's patented strip pressure technology, which ensures that the door can be unlocked even with strip pressure of up to 40 kg.<\/p>\n
This makes STEP 48 Preload particularly suitable for doors with sealing strips or where pressure conditions may occur.<\/p>\n
With a breaking strength of 9 kN (approx. 900 kg), STEP 48 offers reliable protection. The tamper-proof design, built-in protection diode and compatibility with hook or straight bolts make the product safe and easy to install.<\/p>\n
