Electric strike STEP 28E Secure is an electric strike that combines security, evacuation function and fire classification with support for door automation.<\/p>\n
This model is designed for use with Connect series bolt locks with 9 mm piston and is often installed in door environments where fire requirements according to E\/EI60 must be combined with quick passage, e.g. through emergency escape locks according to SS-EN 179.<\/p>\n
With the right-handed function, the electric strike is locked in the de-energized position and is particularly suitable for doors that must be kept closed in the event of a power failure.<\/p>\n
Piston contact and latch contact enable monitoring of the door status for integration into access control systems and alarm systems. It also has a high breaking strength of over 15 kN (1500 kg) and can withstand strip pressure of up to 500 kg.<\/p>\n
STEP 28E Secure is tamper-proof, has a built-in protection diode and is supplied complete with a 5 meter halogen-free connection cable.<\/p>\n
