STEP 90 Preload is a compact electric strike with reverse function, piston contact and fire class E\/EI120. With HPR technology, it can withstand a profile pressure of up to 250 kg and is suitable for several lock types.<\/p>\n
The STEP 90 Preload electric strike is a smooth and powerful electric strike from STEP's Preload series, developed to provide high operational reliability in compact spaces.<\/p>\n
With its reverse function \u2013 which means that the lock is unlocked in a de-energized position \u2013 STEP 90 is particularly well suited for escape routes and other environments where safe evacuation is important.<\/p>\n
Thanks to STEP's patented HPR\u00ae technology, the electric strike plate can open despite strip pressure of up to 250 kg.<\/p>\n
This is combined with a breaking strength of 1200 kg and a construction certified for fire resistance up to E\/EI120, according to SS-EN 14846:2008.<\/p>\n
Piston contact provides status indication (door open\/closed) for integration with alarm or access control systems, and built-in protection diode protects the electronics.<\/p>\n
STEP 90 is reversible for both right- and left-hand doors and fits lock housings in the Connect, Modul and Narrow Profile series with single or double-latch locks.<\/p>\n
The product is also tamper-proof and has screw holes adapted for easy installation.<\/p>\n
