The STEP 90 Preload electric strike is a compact and powerful electric strike with reverse function \u2013 meaning that the lock is unlocked in the de-energized position, an important feature in escape routes or environments where safe passage must be guaranteed even in the event of a power outage.<\/p>\n
The electric strike is fire-approved up to E\/EI120 according to SS-EN 14846:2008 and equipped with STEP's patented HPR\u00ae technology, which ensures opening even with strip pressure of up to 250 kg.<\/p>\n
The high breaking strength of 1200 kg and the compact design make STEP 90 a reliable choice for doors with a high opening frequency.<\/p>\n
Thanks to its flexibility, STEP 90 is reversible for both right- and left-hung doors and fits lock housings with single and double-latch locks in the Connect, Modul and Narrow Profile series.<\/p>\n
It is also tamper-proof, has a built-in protection diode and is designed for easy installation with screw holes on the back edge for angled screws.<\/p>\n
