STEP 92 is an advanced electric strike from STEP's Preload series, specially designed for doors with double-latch locks.<\/p>\n
Thanks to its two separate pivots adapted for push-button and cylinder latches, it offers flexible control and electric locking \u2013 perfect for doors with automatic door systems, fire requirements and pull handles.<\/p>\n
What is unique about STEP 92 is its individually adjustable swivel, where each part can be configured for forward or reverse function.<\/p>\n
This enables, for example, that the door can be open during the day during office hours and at the same time be fire-approved up to class E\/EI120 \u2013 something that makes it ideal in, for example, schools, hospitals, offices and public environments.<\/p>\n
With a built-in piston contact in both swings, the door's status can be monitored (open\/closed), making STEP 92 compatible with access control systems and fire alarms.<\/p>\n
It has a breaking strength of 1,200 kg, HPR\u00ae strip pressure technology that handles pressure up to 250 kg, and delivers long-term performance with a factory-tested 1.5 million cycles.<\/p>\n
STEP 92 is reversible, tamper-proof, has a built-in protection diode and fits lock housings in the Connect, Modul and Narrow Profile series.<\/p>\n
