The Seagate SkyHawk 6TB ST6000VX009 is designed for surveillance systems where video footage is continuously recorded from one or more cameras.

Unlike a conventional hard drive for desktop computers, the SkyHawk series is adapted to the constant write load that occurs in a NVR or surveillance server. This makes the model suitable for homes, shops, offices, warehouses, properties and other installations where stable and reliable video recording is required.

The 6 TB storage capacity is suitable for camera systems with multiple cameras or installations where recordings need to be stored for an extended period of time.

The actual storage time depends, among other things, on:

The model provides a good balance between high storage capacity and price, and is suitable for both larger villas and smaller businesses.

Seagates ImagePerfect firmware is developed to provide smooth and stable video recording in surveillance systems that operate around the clock.

The hard drive can handle recording from up to 64 HD cameras in compatible systems and is optimized for simultaneous storage of multiple video streams.

The Seagate SkyHawk ST6000VX009 is designed for continuous operation 24 hours a day. It is built to handle long recording periods and the repeated writing of large amounts of video data.

With a workload limit of up to 180 TB per year and an indicated MTBF of 1,000,000 hours, the hard drive offers good reliability for smaller and medium-sized surveillance systems.

The hard drive uses CMR, Conventional Magnetic Recording. This technology provides consistent and predictable write performance during continuous recording and is therefore well suited for NVR systems and camera surveillance.

The SkyHawk ST6000VX009 has a 256 MB cache memory and a maximum continuous transfer speed of up to 180 MB/s.

The SATA 6 Gb/s interface provides broad compatibility with modern NVR devices, surveillance servers, and other systems that support internal 3.5-inch SATA hard drives.

Built-in RV sensors detect rotational vibrations that can occur when multiple hard drives are operating simultaneously in the same NVR or surveillance server.

It helps the hard drive maintain stable performance and reliable recording in compatible multi-drive systems.

SkyHawk Health Management can monitor the hard drive status in compatible NVR systems and help identify potential storage problems.

The hard drive also supports S.M.A.R.T., which enables compatible systems to read information about the disk's health and functionality.

Seagate SkyHawk 6TB can be used with compatible NVR devices and surveillance servers from companies such as:

Always check that the current NVR model supports an internal 3.5-inch SATA hard drive of 6 TB.

The hard drive can also be ordered together with a compatible NVR.

When the pre-installation is selected, the hard drive is mounted in the NVR unit and checked before delivery. The customer then receives a complete solution where the hard drive and NVR are delivered together.

The Seagate SkyHawk ST6000VX009 comes with a three-year limited manufacturer warranty and three years of Seagate Rescue Data Recovery Services.

Seagate SkyHawk 6TB ST6000VX009 is a 3.5-inch surveillance hard drive designed for NVR systems, camera surveillance, and continuous video recording 24/7.

With 6 TB of storage capacity, 256 MB of cache, CMR technology and SATA 6 Gb/s, it is suitable for larger villas, companies and other camera systems where long storage time, stable operation and reliable recording are important.

The hard drive can handle recordings from up to 64 HD cameras in compatible systems and is compatible with NVR devices from Ajax, SecureVision, Hikvision, Dahua and Uniview, among others.

[3261

post-168853","product","type-product","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","product_cat-hdd-harddisk-3-5","pa_brands-seagate","secureus-loop-product","tm-no-options","first","instock","taxable","shipping-taxable","purchasable","product-type-simple
["GET
