The ASSA ABLOY 160S is a window brake for windows and window doors together with a spaniel that has transmission (denoted by F in the Designation). Generally used for windows & window doors together with ASSA\/FIX spanjolet which has transmission for door brake. 160S is type-approved as a child-proof locking device according to the Swedish Housing Authority's Building Regulations, BBR, this applies when the key is removed from control knob 4570 (purchased separately). Used to keep windows and patio doors open in the desired ventilation position. Window brake 160S has a detachable frame bracket and is mounted with frame bracket 5580 or 5550T, which is purchased separately.<\/div>\n
