Direct-to-Card or Retransfer?<\/h2>\r\nDirect to Card<\/strong> means that the printer prints directly onto the surface of the plastic card. It is fast, affordable and fits most ID cards, membership cards and access cards.\r\n\r\nRetransfer<\/strong> means that the design is first printed on a film which is then applied to the card. This gives perfect edge-to-edge printing, higher level of detail and better results on chip cards or uneven card surfaces.\r\n

Do I need Simplex or Duplex?<\/h2>\r\nSimplex<\/strong> means single-sided printing. It is suitable when you mainly print the front side of the card.\r\n\r\nDuplex<\/strong> means automatic double-sided printing.
