HID MaxiProx is a powerful, long-range RFID reader specifically designed for parking systems, industrial areas, logistics facilities and other installations where vehicles need to be identified at longer distances.

With support for HID ProxPass Active Vehicle Tag, vehicles can be identified at up to 1.8 meters distance, which allows barriers and gates to be opened quickly and smoothly without the driver needing to wind down the window.

The robust construction makes the reader suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations all year round.

Two MaxiProx readers can be installed close to each other in so-called HI-LO installations, where both cars and trucks are to be identified at different heights.
