With us, you always have a 14-day right of cancellation from the time you receive your goods. It's perfectly fine to change your mind.

Return policy

You have 14 days to create a return of unwanted goods from the day the delivery arrives or the day the order becomes available for collection at your collection point. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us from the day you created your return. The refund is issued via your original payment method.

We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item into our warehouse.

After that
We are not able to accept returns of unwanted goods after the timeframes for returns above have passed. If you try to make a return, we may send the item back to your main delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

How much does it cost to return?

Return shipping costs SEK 99 and is deducted from the refund. If we have sent the wrong item or similar, however, we at Secureus are of course responsible for the freight. For shipments and customers outside Sweden, we charge a fee equivalent to 20 € Euro. Once you have sent in the form, you will receive a return note to your email. If you have received the wrong item, there is of course no charge.

How to make a return:

1. fill in the form below and select "Return".
2. you will receive a waybill once we have approved your request.
3. pack the product well - preferably in the original carton.
4. Hand in to the designated agent.

What should the product look like?

The product should be in unaltered condition. It is okay to have opened and tested, as long as there is no wear or damage.

Complaints - if something has gone wrong

If the product does not work properly, fill in the form and select "Complaint". Describe what is wrong and attach pictures. You have a 3-year right of complaint by law.

If the complaint is not accepted (e.g. if the fault is due to misuse), we may have to charge a handling fee of SEK 249.
