The Signo 40K Pigtail is a professional multi-frequency reader with integrated capacitive keypad for modern access control systems. It supports RFID cards, key fobs and mobile access via Bluetooth® and NFC, and offers secure authentication with card, PIN code or a combination of both. The pigtail connection makes installation fast and flexible.

Signo 40K supports Open Supervised Device Protocol (OSDP) för krypterad och dubbelriktad kommunikation mellan kortläsare och passerkontroller. För kompatibilitet med äldre system finns även stöd för Wiegand.
Bluetooth används dessutom för enkel konfiguration, fjärrhantering och firmwareuppdateringar via HID Reader Manager.
