The Zebra DS9908-SR is a professional hybrid scanner designed for modern POS environments where maximum performance and flexibility are required. Thanks to its unique design, it functions as both a presentation scanner and a handheld scanner without the user having to change any settings.
A built-in capacitive sensor and accelerometer automatically detects when the scanner is lifted from its stand and instantly switches between hands-free and handheld use, resulting in a faster workflow and a smoother checkout process.
The DS9908-SR uses Zebra PRZM Intelligent Imaging, a powerful 800 MHz processor and a high-resolution image sensor to read virtually any type of barcode. It easily handles:
