ASSA Pando™ Secure is a contactless, generic reader. Timeless and ergonomic design with interchangeable covers that allow for different color options. It is supplied with a black cover in the basic version. Several colors are available as an option. It is also possible to order custom colors. The readers are adapted for indoor and outdoor use. Pando Secure supports a variety of card technologies, providing optimal flexibility for a customized security solution for your access control system. Furthermore, two simultaneous card technologies can be handled, creating the possibility to successively migrate from, for example, MIFARE Classic to MIFARE DESFire EV1, without the need to duplicate access cards. For easy operation, the reader features illuminated symbols for communication with the user, green and red indicators for alarm status, indication of valid and invalid cards, and indication of the PIN code. The keypad is backlit and the buttons are wear-resistant made of stainless steel. Pando Secure supports Hi-O™ communication with the door controller. With the help of Hi-O™ each device (reader, lock, etc.) can offer intelligent operation monitoring in real time. Mobile Access with encrypted SEOS.
