Eaton 1369-CSA is a robust, floor-mounted door holder magnet for securely holding fire doors and other hinged doors open.

The model is particularly well suited to high-traffic environments subject to frequent use, such as hospitals, care homes, schools, offices and public buildings.

The door holding magnet keeps the door in the open position when it is energised.

When the power is cut, for example via a connected fire alarm system, the door is automatically released so that it can be closed by means of the door closer.

The integrated release button also makes it possible to manually release and close the door without having to cut the power supply to the entire system.

The magnet is equipped with a built-in release spring that counteracts residual magnetism and ensures that the door is released quickly and reliably.

Dual protection diodes protect the electronics against interference and incorrect polarity.

The robust housing is made of aluminium with a black epoxy finish, providing a durable construction that can withstand the daily wear and tear of floor mounting.

The door holding magnet is supplied complete with armature plate.

Eaton 1369-CSA has a holding force of 490 N, corresponding to approximately 50 kg, and is approved for use with fire doors in accordance with EN 1155.
