Electric strike STEP 40 Reverse 12V

STEP 40 Preload from STEP's Preload series is a compact, reliable electric strike that is perfect for day locking in door environments with a high opening frequency.

This version has a reverse function, which means that the electric strike is unlocked in the de-energized position – a feature that makes it particularly suitable for escape routes and accessible doors.

The integrated HPR® technology (High Preload Release) guarantees safe unlocking even at strip pressures of up to 250 kg, enabling reliable operation even with doors under pressure.

The electric strike plate also has a breaking strength of 1,200 kg (12 kN) and is tested to 1,500,000 cycles, which guarantees a long service life.

Electric strike plate STEP 40 STEP 40 is reversible for right- and left-hung doors, tamper-proof and has a built-in protection diode for increased durability.

The flexible design makes installation easy, even in existing door sections.
