It supports RFID cards, key fobs and mobile access via Bluetooth® and NFC, and offers support for HID Mobile Access®, OSDP and a wide range of card technologies. Its slim design makes it ideal for door frames and other space-constrained installations.

The HID Signo 20 is part of HID's modern Signo platform and offers a future-proof solution for professional access control. It combines support for traditional RFID cards with mobile access via Bluetooth® Low Energy (BLE) and NFC, making it ideal for both new installations and upgrading existing access control systems.
The slim mullion design fits perfectly on door frames, aluminium profiles and other places with limited space. The reader comes with Pigtail connection, which provides a quick and flexible installation.

Signo 20 supports both traditional access cards and modern mobile identities via HID Mobile Access®.

The Signo series uses a certified Secure Element for the secure storage of encryption keys and intelligent surface detection that automatically optimises the read range according to the mounting surface.
Furthermore, the reader supports:
OSDP for encrypted and bidirectional communication
Wiegand for compatibility with older access control systems
Bluetooth is also used for simple configuration, remote management and firmware updates via HID Reader Manager.
