HID Signo 20 är en del av HID:s moderna Signo-plattform och erbjuder en säker och framtidssäker lösning för professionell passerkontroll. Den kombinerar stöd för traditionella RFID-kort med mobil access via Bluetooth® Low Energy (BLE) och NFC, vilket gör den lämplig både vid nyinstallation och uppgradering av befintliga passersystem.

The Signo series uses a certified Secure Element for the secure storage of encryption keys and intelligent surface detection that automatically optimises the read range according to the mounting surface.

Furthermore, the reader supports:

• OSDP for encrypted and bidirectional communication
• Wiegand for compatibility with existing access control systems

Bluetooth is also used for simple configuration, remote management and firmware updates via HID Reader Manager.
