READER MIF-509 KS

Card reader MIF-509 KS. This 509 model is connected to the RCO local bus (cannot be connected to DB or DIO units without the optional TB485, E5870881) as the converter card TB-485 for DB/DIO is not included.
The reader is fully integrated into the R-CARD 5000 system and can be used as an initiation reader for all our offline readers. It is offered with the reading technology Desfire EV2/Mifare Classic or as a combination with both Desfire EV2/Mifare Classic and Prox.
This model supports Desfire EV2/Mifare Classic.
The MIF-509 fits just as well outside as inside, has a high-resolution 2.8 inch display and well-lit keypad. Instructions to the user are clearly shown with large icons in the display. Information about the status of the door, whether it is unlocked and whether the alarm is on or off is just as clearly displayed.
The reader's background image can easily be changed to your own logo and any welcome text can be entered to match your profile. Smart functions make it possible to change the pin code directly in the reader. You can also enable or disable your alarm areas thanks to the large screen and the clear menu system.
The reader offers a very high IK rating (high resistance to external influences), IK08. To further protect the reader, several different options are offered such as vandal protection, edge protection & rain protection.
MIF-509 is available in the color combinations black and grey/black.
