The SM40 is a primary switched battery backup 24V 5A with high efficiency, perfect for operating all types of low-current installations, alarms, fire and passage systems. Smooth, well-ventilated unit characterized by small dimensions and simple and quick installation that has battery shelf at the bottom and keyhole hanger hanger. Leaves a well filtered and stable output voltage that is protected against overload and short circuit. Equipped with efficient 2-stage charging that quickly and safely charges the batteries. Can be connected in parallel to get greater output or compensate for voltage drops in cables. Mains voltage is indicated with a green LED on the front and errors with a red LED. Are equipped with an alarm relay for mains failure alarms. Mains, load and battery are protected by fuses. Can be easily expanded with alarm card SM102 or cards from the SPM900 series. Built-in protection against deep discharge of the batteries. Batteries not included.
