TDSi 5002-0449 EM4102 / MIFARE USB Desktop Enrollment Reader

The TDSi 5002-0449 is a professional desktop reader that makes RFID card enrollment fast, easy and efficient. It is designed for access control system administrators who need to enroll new cards into access control software without manually entering card numbers.

The reader connects directly to the computer's USB port and functions as a Keyboard Wedge, which means it simulates keyboard input. When a card is held in front of the reader, the card ID is automatically sent to the active program on the computer, saving time and minimizing the risk of misregistration.

Thanks to support for both 125kHz EM4102 and 13.56MHz MIFARE is ideal for upgrades where multiple card technologies are used simultaneously. The card technology can be easily selected with Caps Lock, which makes migration between different RFID systems smooth.

The integrated buzzer and two-color LED indicators provide clear feedback when reading cards. The compact design makes the reader perfect for placing on a desk in a reception, security center or administrative office.
