Assa 760 – Window brake for patio doors and windows
Assa 760 used together with ASSA espagnolette with transfer in both windows and French doors. The model has detachable frame bracket and one narrow brake box of 16 mm.
Unlike many other window brakes, Assa 760 intended for track mounting. The brake box is located in a milled groove in the door or window frame instead of being mounted on the outside.
There is no left or right variant for this model. To find the right brake you need to check:
- That your brake is in a milled groove
- That the brake box is approximately 16 mm wide
- The length of the brake box
1. Check track assembly
Assa 760 is mounted in a milled groove in the door or window frame. The narrow box means that the brake is recessed into the structure.
2. Measure the length of the brake box
Measure the length of the straight aluminum part of the brake to find the correct variant.
