The STEP 48 Preload electric strike is designed for high security and reliable opening, even with a strike pressure of up to 40 kg.
Equipped with piston contact and protection diode for extra safety.
The STEP 48 Preload electric strike is ideal for spaces that need to be locked with a knob or key.
It can also be installed with a bolt indicator (ST4880), which makes it possible to block the door's access system or code lock when the lock housing's hook bolt or straight bolt has been mechanically unlocked.
This provides extra security in the door system.
STEP's patented strip pressure technology ensures that the door can be opened even when subjected to pressure of up to 40 kg, making it a robust option for doors that are subjected to frequent opening.
With a breaking strength of 9 kN (approx. 900 kg), and the ability to open even when the door is pressed, STEP 48 provides a long-lasting and reliable solution for both forward and reverse function.
