Secureus.se sells security products online with the goal of offering a simple and safe experience without unnecessary costs. By placing an order, you agree to these terms of purchase.


1. Prices and payment

Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price in effect at the time of your order is the price in effect for your purchase.

Reservation for price error
Secureus Sverige AB reserves the right for obvious price errors or other technical mistakes on the website. In the event of a clear price error, where the price differs significantly from the actual cost of the product, we reserve the right to cancel the order. The customer will then be informed and offered the opportunity to place a new order at the correct price.

Payment options

We offer the following payment methods, but vary depending on the delivery address:

  • Klarna: Invoice, partial payment, credit card and direct payment. Full terms and conditions for Klarna are available at www.klarna.com.
  • Swish: Direct payment via Swish.
  • PayPal
  • Immediately
  • Debit card / Credit card via Stripe: Pay securely with your credit or debit card through Stripe.
  • Klarna x Billie: Business payment via Klarna and their partner Billie for business customers.
  • Company invoice - 30 days payment period: Offered after approved credit assessment and application via our website or by agreement by email/phone.

You always see the total price including VAT, shipping and any other charges before completing the purchase.


2. Delivery conditions

Delivery methods and costs

We offer various delivery options via DHL and PostNord. For shipments outside Sweden, it is usually DHL, but can also be Fedex or UPS. Which option is available depends on the product and your delivery address. The delivery cost is clearly stated at checkout. Delivery time is normally 1–4 working days for stock items. In the event of any delays, we will notify you via e-mail or SMS.

Delivery delays

In the event of delivery delays, you will be notified of the new delivery time. In case of longer delays, you have the right to cancel the purchase at no extra cost.

Unclaimed packages

For unclaimed packages, we charge a fee of SEK 99 to cover return shipping and administrative costs. For shipments outside Sweden, we charge a fee equivalent to €20 Euro.


3. Returns and right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal for private customers

As a private consumer, you have the right under the Distance Contracts Act to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to specially ordered goods or goods customised for you. To cancel your purchase, fill in our return form here, or contact our customer service by email or phone. The right of withdrawal applies only to private consumers and not to business customers.

Return conditions

When using the right of withdrawal, we offer a smooth and transparent process. Secureus is responsible for the original shipping and always provides a shipping label for the return. A fixed fee of SEK 99 is charged to cover return shipping and handling costs for customers in Sweden. For shipments and customers outside Sweden, we charge a fee equivalent to €20 Euro.

The item must be returned in substantially unchanged condition and returned within 14 days from the time you notified us that you want to use the right of cancellation. The refund takes place within 14 days after we have received and checked the item.


4. Complaints and warranty

Right of complaint

According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you have the right to complain about a product if it is incorrect, damaged or does not correspond to what was promised. The complaint must be made within a reasonable time after the fault was discovered, but within 3 years at the latest.

Guarantee

We offer a 1 year warranty on all products unless otherwise stated. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use. In the event of an approved complaint, we are responsible for the return shipping. If the complaint is not approved, a fee of SEK 249 is charged for handling costs or €25 for shipments outside Sweden.


5. Personal data processing

Secureus processes your personal data in accordance with the GDPR. When you place an order, we collect the information required to complete the order, such as name, address and email. Read more about our processing of personal data in our privacy policy.


6. Information about cookies

We use cookies to improve the user experience on our website, as well as for statistics and personalized ads. You can manage and change your cookie settings via the cookie banner that appears when you visit our website. If you choose to reject cookies, some functions on the website may be affected.


7. Limitation of Liability

Secureus is not responsible for indirect damages, such as loss of income or profit, as a result of errors in the product or delays in delivery. Our liability is limited to the original cost of the item and shipping.


8. Force Majeure

Secureus is not responsible for delayed or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government decisions. Examples of force majeure events include but are not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, and government decisions.


9. Changes to terms of purchase

Secureus reserves the right to change these terms of purchase at any time. The latest version of the terms of purchase will always be available on our website. Changes apply to all orders placed after the changes are published.


10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes, we follow The General Claims Board (ARN) recommendations. You can also turn to the European Commission's online platform for dispute resolution: The ODR platform.

Can only be purchased via company and even if payment is made via private account, conditions for company purchases apply.
