Choose the right storage capacity

The size of the hard drive you need depends, among other things, on the number of cameras, the resolution of the cameras, the frame rate, video compression, and whether the recording is continuous or only when motion occurs.

• 2 TB Suitable for smaller camera systems and shorter storage time.
• 4 TB is a good standard choice for many villas and smaller businesses.
• 6 to 8 TB Suitable for larger systems, more cameras, or longer storage time.
• 10 to 16 TB Suitable for larger installations with high requirements for storage capacity.

Always check the maximum hard drive capacity supported by your NVR per disk space before ordering.

For continuous and reliable recording

The hard drives in this category use the 3.5-inch SATA format and are designed for continuous operation. They are designed for stable video recording and can be used with compatible NVR devices and surveillance servers.

Pre-installed hard drive in the NVR

When purchased together with a compatible NVR, the hard drive can also be ordered pre-installed. The hard drive is mounted and checked before delivery, so that the NVR and storage are delivered together as a complete solution.
