ASSA ABLOY 150 is a window brake for windows and window doors together with a spaniel that has transmission (denoted by F in the Designation). Generally used for windows & window doors together with ASSA/FIX spanjolet which has transmission for door brake. Used to keep windows and patio doors open in the desired ventilation position.
- With fixed frame mount (160 and 160S have loose mount)
- For windows and window doors that must have safety fittings.
- Operated with the handle of the spaniel.
- With the handle in the closed position, the arc is held with friction in the desired ventilation position.
- To protect the frame and hinges, the window brake slips when overloaded.
- With the handle in the open position, the bow has clearance.
- The holding friction increases with a larger opening angle.
- Right or left is determined depending on the spagnolette and door hinge.

That the product is called "Right" or "Left" has nothing to do with whether your door is left- or right-hung. As an example, "Left" means that the brake rod is on the left side inside the brake box/chest when the open side of the box is facing up.
