- Operated with the handle of the spaniel.
- With the handle in the closed position, the arc is held with friction in the desired ventilation position.

- The holding friction increases with a larger opening angle.
- Right or left is determined depending on the spagnolette and door hinge.
Function:
- Locking plunger that limits the opening to the permitted ventilation position for child safety (max. 100 mm opening gap).
- To open past the lock position, the removable key must be inserted and opened.
- The key is turned before the bow reaches the detent position, when the bow opens.
- The locking function is automatically resumed when the arch is closed and the key is removed.
