STEP 60 Silent with reverse function provides quiet and reliable operation for high-frequency doors. With a piston contact, 5 m cable and fire class E/EI120, it is ideal for environments where noise level and safety are crucial.

The STEP 60 Silent electric strike is a premium electric strike from STEP's Silent series, developed for doors with high demands on both security and sound insulation.

This model has a reverse function, which means that the door is unlocked in a de-energized position – an important feature in environments with requirements for safe evacuation.

Thanks to the patented Silent technology, STEP 60 offers almost silent operation, making it particularly suitable for public environments, offices, schools or hospitals where the noise level needs to be kept low.

Its robust construction provides a breaking strength of 16 kN (approx. 1600 kg) and ensures opening even with strip pressure of up to 100 kg.

The integrated microswitch package with piston contact and latching contact enables clear indication of the door status and facilitates integration into access control systems and alarm systems.

The product is also fire rated up to E/EI120, tamper-proof and equipped with a built-in protection diode. Comes complete with 5 meters of halogen-free cable.
