JCK257 has two pressure surfaces and is made of black anodized aluminum with white endcaps. Both pressure surfaces are designed with four tactile grooves and serve as additional guidance for people with visual impairments. You can easily feel where to press to activate door opening.
JCK257 is part of a product series of elbow contacts with two pressure surfaces that are of equal size.
The series is specially developed for environments with double swing doors and makes it possible to control each door separately with its own push button.
The function helps reduce cold drafts and drafts, and saves energy compared to both doors opening each time they are opened.
These elbow connectors may also be suitable in a passage where there are two entrances to the premises.
