Ajax Curtain Outdoor Jeweller is a professional wireless curtain motion detector developed for precise perimeter surveillance both outdoors and indoors.

It is designed to protect the most vulnerable areas of the property – windows, doors, gates, fences, passages and other openings – where early detection of intrusion is crucial.

Unlike traditional motion detectors, Curtain Outdoor Jeweller works with a narrow and directional detection zone, making it possible to create effective protection along the building boundary without restricting movement within the area.

This makes it ideal for homes, commercial properties, warehouses, offices and other security-critical environments where perimeter alarms are required.

Precise curtain detection for perimeter alarm

Curtain Outdoor Jeweller uses a narrow detection angle of only about 8°, creating a precise and controlled surveillance zone along walls, windows or passages.

This makes it possible to detect intrusions even before someone enters the building, providing effective protection for the property.

Motion can be detected up to 12 meters away depending on installation height and settings.

The device combines two PIR sensors with a K-band microwave sensor that work together to analyze motion.

When the PIR sensors register temperature changes, the signal is further analyzed by the microwave sensor.

This allows the system to distinguish real intrusions from environmental impacts such as:

  • Wind movements

  • Airflows from ventilation or AC

  • Rapid temperature changes

  • Sunlight reflections

  • Movable plant parts

The built-in SmartDetect algorithm also analyzes heat signature, object size and movement patterns before activating an alarm.

The result is very high accuracy and minimal false alarms even in challenging outdoor environments.

Intelligent filtering of false alarms

Curtain Outdoor Jeweller uses correlation analysis between sensors to confirm movement before sending an alarm.

The system activates the microwave sensor only when the PIR sensors register matching signals, further improving accuracy.

In addition, there is temperature compensation that ensures correct function even when the ambient temperature is close to body temperature, for example during hot summer days.

Pet immunity for safe everyday life

When installed and configured correctly, the detector will not react to pets up to a height of approximately 1 meter.
