Ajax SpeakerPhone makes alarm verification as fast as a phone call. When an alarm goes off, the sirens are turned off and the alarm centre operator is connected with clear full-duplex communication. The operator can listen to the sound environment, talk to people on the ground and immediately decide whether to call security, police or emergency services - or whether it is a false alarm.

The device works independently via Wi-Fi + SIP or as part of an Ajax system (Hub 2 4G / Hub 2 Plus / Hub Hybrid 4G). With hub connection, the encrypted Jeweller/Wings backups, so events and voice traffic continue even during network outages.

Frequently asked questions
What is Ajax SpeakerPhone?
Ajax SpeakerPhone is a wireless voice module that enables two-way communication between the central monitoring station (CMS) and people in the protected area after an alarm.
What is Ajax SpeakerPhone used for?
It is mainly used for alarm verification, deterring intruders and emergency cases where the alarm center needs to be able to speak directly with people on site.
Is the Ajax SpeakerPhone a consumer product?
No. Ajax SpeakerPhone is primarily intended for professional security installations with connection to alarm centers and SIP telephony.
Does Ajax SpeakerPhone require an alarm center?
Yes, for full functionality a central monitoring station (CMS) with correctly configured SIP telephony is required. Without this, voice communication cannot be used.
Can I talk to SpeakerPhone directly from my mobile?
No. Communication takes place via the alarm center operator, not directly between the user's mobile phone and SpeakerPhone.
How does communication work?
After an alarm, the alarm center automatically calls the location. The call starts immediately without the need to press any buttons on the device.
What protocols does Ajax SpeakerPhone use?
