The Apollo PP2620 Orbis Series Multi-Sensor Optical and Heat Detector is an innovative fire detector that utilizes both optical smoke detection and a thermistor temperature sensor to provide both a combined and separate signal for heat signals.
This allows the detector to effectively deal with false alarms, especially in environments where smoke and temperature changes can occur simultaneously.
This detector has transient rejection algorithms, which reduces the risk of false alarms and ensures reliable and effective fire detection.
Drift compensation, including DirtAlert (a yellow flashing LED), makes it easy to identify when the detector needs cleaning and ensures constant sensitivity even when the detector becomes dirty.
