ASSA ABLOY 533T/1 is a door brake for inward-opening exterior doors, French doors and storage doors. The door brake holds the door in the desired opening position and reduces the risk of the door blowing back or opening uncontrolled.

With the adjustable friction brake, the braking force can be easily adjusted to the weight of the door and how much resistance you want the door to have. This means that the door stops in the opening position you choose, which both increases comfort and reduces the risk of pinching injuries.

The 533T/1 is the shorter model in the series and is used for narrower doors. It fits both right- and left-hung doors.
