This electric strike is equipped with STEP's patented list printing technique, which allows the door to be opened despite pressure of up to 250 kg, which is perfect for doors that are exposed to excessive pressure, gravel or snow at the threshold, or for doors that may be slightly crooked.

With a breaking strength of 1200 kg (12 kN), STEP 90 Preload guarantees high safety, and it has been tested to withstand up to 1,500,000 opening cycles, making it a long-lasting and reliable solution for doors with high opening frequency.

It is also equipped with built-in protection diode, which prevents damage to electrical equipment, such as code locks or card readers, during voltage spikes.

STEP 90 Preload is fire-rated according to E/EI120, which means it is certified for fire resistance up to 120 minutes, making it suitable for use in fire compartment dividing doors.

It can be used both in righteous and reverse function, which provides flexibility for different installation needs and makes it easy to customize during installation.

In addition, it is reversible to fit both right- and left-hung doors, making installation even more flexible.
