This variant is especially adapted for right-hung doors with bolt locks in the Modul series and a 10 mm piston.

STEP 18 has a fail-safe function, which means it is locked in the event of a power failure – an important feature in installations where safety must always be maintained.

The product is tested and approved for fire resistance up to E/EI 60 and offers an impressive breaking strength of 15 kN.

It opens even under strip pressure of up to 5 kN, thanks to its knock-proof and strong construction.

With a built-in piston and latch contact, the electric strike plate enables reliable status detection and easy integration into access control systems or alarms.

It comes with a 5 meter halogen-free connection cable for easy installation.
