STEP 18 Secure is a fire-approved electric strike plate for bolt locks with a 10 mm piston in the Modul series, designed for security doors with high intrusion resistance.

Equipped with a piston contact and a breaking strength of 1500 kg.

The STEP 18 Secure electric strike is part of STEP's Secure series and offers the highest security for doors with high requirements for intrusion protection.

It is particularly suitable for installations where doors are opened and closed frequently, making it perfect for doors in places such as prisons or banks.

STEP 18 Secure is approved for locking security doors up to RC4 and fire-approved up to E/EI 60.

With a breaking strength of 15 kN (approx. 1500 kg) and the ability to open despite a strip pressure of 5 kN (approx. 500 kg), STEP 18 Secure offers both reliable security and durability.

The built-in piston switch provides indication of the door's closed/open status, making it easy to connect to access control systems and alarm systems.

The reverse function means that the door is unlocked in a de-energized position, making it a flexible solution for security doors that should be able to be opened quickly and easily when needed.

A 5-meter halogen-free connection cable is included for easy installation.
