STEP 28E Secure is a fire-approved electric strike plate for bolt locks with a 7 mm piston in the Connect series, designed for security and evacuation with door automation.

This electric strike is used in conjunction with bolt locks with a 7 mm piston in the Connect series and offers a reverse function, where the door is unlocked in a de-energized position.

It has a breaking strength of over 15 kN (approx. 1500 kg) and can open despite a strip pressure of up to 5 kN (approx. 500 kg).

It also has built-in indication for door status (closed/open) and lock status (locked/unlocked), making it easy to integrate with access control systems and alarm systems.
