For quick and easy installation, it has a screw terminal with wire protection and tamper contact against unauthorized opening.
The magnetic contact has a large gap, which means that it can be easily mounted on most materials such as wood, plastic, aluminum doors and windows.
The connector works perfectly to be mounted on steel doors and security doors, but you should then use the supplied plastic spacers. There are different types of mounting angles to cope with most installations. If additional plastic spacers are needed, use MC 400-6 or MC 400-7.
