Engine lock STEP 352S Split Right Complete Set

The lock can combine all requirements for evacuation, re-entry, fire protection and accessibility, while providing the door environment with significantly higher intrusion resistance. STEP 352S is equipped with a sturdy hook bolt that really ensures that the door is locked, while a built-in split function ensures unbeatable user-friendliness.

The built-in split function enables mechanical opening from the inside without an open button. The lock has an alarm bypass (by-pass function) so that “Approved passage” can be obtained. This gives the door environment an unbeatable user-friendliness.

STEP 352S is equipped with STEP's unique automatic piston. When the door is opened electrically, the automatic piston can fold out, thus enabling opening with door automation. Immediately after the door is opened, the automatic piston extends, locks into position and functions just like a regular drop piston again.

STEP 352S is therefore adapted specifically for door environments where you want increased accessibility.

The lock has a double blocking where the hook bolt blocking is also blocked. The position of the latch is read by an optical sensor so you can be sure that it is really locked. The latch is completely protected from access and thus ensures protection against manipulation.

STEP 352S is equipped with FreeDrive®, our unique and patented technology that completely disengages the lock's motor and gearbox every time the door is mechanically unlocked.
