Effective test kit for smoke detectors

Solo 2 is a handy test kit for checking the function of smoke detectors on lower installations, up to approximately 2.7 m.

The kit is compact and easy to handle, while providing professional results with minimal equipment.

Contents of Solo 2

• Detector tester Solo 330 – for smoke detectors and CO detectors, used with Solo A5 test gas cylinders.

• Extension pole Solo 101 – 1.13 m, made of fiberglass, non-electrically conductive.

• Can be connected with 1–3 Solo 101 or combined with Solo 108/Solo 100 for higher reach up to 7.3 m or 9.3 m.

• 1 × Solo A5 test gas bottle – enough for approximately 400 samples.

Easy and safe use

1. Shake the Solo A5 test gas bottle and install in the Solo 330.

2. Screw the container on and turn ¼ turn.

3. Place the cup around the detector, press lightly against the ceiling and let the gas flow out.

4. Wait approximately 10 seconds until the detector sounds an alarm. If necessary, repeat the short test.
