Complete test kit for smoke detectors up to 6 m

Solo 6 is a practical test kit that combines the Solo 100 telescopic pole, Solo 330 detector tester and Solo A5 test gas cylinder (formerly Solo A3) for efficient testing of smoke detectors.

The kit is designed to facilitate monthly and quarterly testing of fire alarm systems, without the need to use a ladder.

Telescopic pole Solo 100

Made of high-quality fiberglass material, non-electrically conductive, making it lightweight but rigid.

Can be mounted with 1-3 Solo 101 to reach up to approximately 9.3 m height. Fits Solo and Testifire testers and take-down devices.

Detector tester Solo 330

The Solo 330 is used for functional testing of smoke and CO detectors with a diameter of up to 100 mm.

The pivoting cup makes it possible to test detectors that are not perpendicular to the floor or that are difficult to access.

The Solo A5 test gas cylinder produces an aerosol that simulates real smoke and activates both optical and ionizing smoke detectors.

One bottle is enough for approximately 400 tests.

Use

1. Mount the tester on the telescopic pole until it clicks into place.

2. Place the Solo A5 bottle in the tester and turn ¼ turn.

3. Place the cup around the detector and press lightly against the ceiling for about 1 second.

4. Wait 10 seconds for alarm. If it does not alarm, repeat the test briefly.

5. The gas evaporates quickly, allowing for immediate recovery.

Transport

The kit can be carried and organized in the Solo 610 storage case, with space for rods, testers and test gas cylinders.
