How long is the range of the system?
With Long Range/LoRa you can get up to approximately 500 meters of range in open line of sight. Indoors the range may be shorter due to walls, metal and other obstacles.
How many devices can I connect?
The system supports up to 200 wireless devices and also supports 8 wired zones for hybrid installation.
What wireless protocols are supported?
The hub supports 433 MHz (EV1527) and 868 MHz with SecureX encoding (Long Range).
What connection options are available?
The hub can be connected via WiFi and also supports 2G and 4G for connectivity, depending on configuration.
Is internet required for the alarm to work?
No, the alarm itself works locally. Internet is required for push notifications, remote access and some smart features in the app.
What app is used?
All control and notifications are done via the Stonehouse Smart app (iOS and Android).
Are Tuya and Smart Life supported?
Yes, Tuya and Smart Life are supported via the hub.

Stonehouse Smart is an app developed and updated by Swedish Stonehouse Security together with its partner Tuya Inc. The app serves as a central interface for controlling and monitoring products within Stonehouse's smart home range, such as alarms, sensors, cameras and lighting. Via the app, you can easily remotely control your equipment, create automation rules, receive push notifications for events and share access with family members. The app is designed with a focus on user-friendliness, integration and high security in accordance with Swedish standards.
