SecureX KeyAccess is an additional keypad for SecureX Pro that makes it easy to control the alarm with code, RFID tags or button pressWith Long Range 868 MHz you get a stable wireless connection with up to 500 meter range in clear line of sight, which is perfect for larger properties or where you want extra secure communication.

The keypad is built to be both smooth and secure in everyday use. It supports multiple users, RFID, smart presence wake-up and automatic backlighting – so it is always clear and easy to use.

All handling is done via SecureX Hub and you see status and events in The Stonehouse Smart appCompatibility with Tuya and Smart Life takes place via the hub.

Where should I place the keypad?
Install it indoors near an entrance or door. Recommended height is 140 to 160 cm above the floor. Avoid moisture, direct sunlight and metal behind the unit.
How do I pair KeyAccess with the SecureX hub?
Put the hub into keypad learning mode in the app. Turn on the battery on the back of the keypad and press the doorbell button to send a signal. Confirm in the app that the device is registered and test arming and disarming.
How do I turn the alarm on and off in practice?
Arming away mode: press Away and enter code or use RFID. Arming home mode: press Home and enter code or use RFID. Disarming: press Disarm and enter code or use RFID.
What do the sound signals mean?
Two short beeps mean error. One long beep means accepted action.
How do I add an RFID tag?
Enter administrator code and press ✓. Press 1 and confirm with ✓. Hold the tag against the reader. Press ✖ twice to exit.
How do I delete all RFID tags?
Enter administrator code and press ✓. Press 2 and confirm with ✓. All tags are deleted.
How do I change the administrator code?
Enter current code and press ✓. Press 3 and confirm. Enter new code (4 to 8 digits) and confirm again.
How do I change or delete user codes?
Change user code: enter administrator code and press ✓, press 4, 5 or 6 for selected user, enter new code and confirm. Delete user code: enter administrator code and press ✓, press 4, 5 or 6 and press ✓ twice to delete.
How do I activate or deactivate the microwave sensor?
Activate: enter administrator code and press ✓, press 7 and confirm. Deactivate: enter administrator code and press ✓, press 8 and confirm.
How do I reset KeyAccess?
Turn off the device, hold down the confirmation button (✓), turn the battery switch back on. After about 10 seconds, a long beep will sound and the device is reset.
What do the LED indications mean?
Solid red: charging. Flashing red: low battery. Solid green: active or fully charged. Flashing green: standby.
