TEST UNIT ADT700 FOR Acoustic Glass Breakers AD700 and AD800
The ADT700 Test Unit is designed to test and calibrate acoustic glass break detectors from the AD700 and AD800 series.
The tester transmits a spectrum of signals that allow the sensitivity of the detectors to be adjusted based on the specific installation.
The AD700 Series and AD800 Series offer three different sensitivity settings, and the ADT 700 tester allows you to identify the most appropriate setting for each situation.
The detector signals back the best setting for the current environment. The tester is also used for service and maintenance of the detectors.
The modern AD700 acoustic glass break detector detects attempts to break in by breaking glass in windows or doors.
The ADT700 is equipped with digital room compensation (DRC), which allows the detector to distinguish between real glass breaking sounds and other ambient sounds.
It can be mounted on a wall or ceiling, with a 165° coverage area to cover multiple windows in a room.
