Apollo 55000-660APO XP95 Series, optical smoke detector, black
The Apollo XP95 optical smoke detector (55000-660APO) uses the light scattering principle to reliably detect smoke in areas where slow-burning or smoldering fires are likely.
It has a calibrated sensitivity that allows it to react quickly to smoke while filtering out interference caused by wind or changes in atmospheric pressure, making it ideal for use in escape routes.
The detector is connected to a two-wire loop system and uses digital communication (XP95, Discovery, and CoreProtocol®) to guarantee stability and high immunity to interference, which is crucial in larger systems where life safety is important.
An LED light on the unit provides visual indication of the system status and is white in standby and red in alarm.
With an operating temperature range of -20°C to +60°C and a design that makes it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, it is ideal for both commercial and industrial environments.
It is also CE marked and meets international safety standards for fire detectors.
