Apollo 58100-971MAR Discovery Marine manual call point, isolating

The Apollo 58100-971MAR Discovery Marine Manual Call Point (MCP) is part of the Discovery series and is specifically designed for use in marine indoor applications.

The call point has a seven-segment DIL switch for easy addressing during commissioning and uses a fast response mechanism that interrupts the normal protocol upon activation.

It has a two-color LED indicator that shows isolation and normal states, as well as a red LED that lights up when the call point is activated.

To facilitate installation, the call point is supplied with clampable terminal blocks and a connector that allows continuity testing before installation.

The isolated version of the call point also indicates a short circuit in the wiring.

It is operated with a resettable element and comes with a backbox for surface mounting.

For added protection, a transparent hinged lid with locking tag can be fitted to prevent accidental operation, although this may affect compliance with some standards when locked.
