Apollo ORB-HT-41004-MAR Orbis Series BS marine heat detector

The Apollo ORB-HT-41004-MAR Orbis Series BS marine heat detector is designed to operate in environments where smoke detectors are not suitable, particularly in dirty or smoky areas.

It uses a thermistor to measure the air temperature every second and compares these values against preset limits to detect fire.

With a flashing red LED at startup, the detector confirms that it is operational and working effectively.

To improve reliability and reduce the risk of false alarms, the detector is equipped with algorithms that handle transients and drift compensation, as well as DirtAlert, which alerts users when the detector needs maintenance.

The detector is part of the Orbis Marine series, which is specifically designed for marine environments and has an IP23D rating for protection against water ingress.
